Obtained from Sangiovese grapes deriving from the winery's best vineyards. After they've undergone a double fermentation, the wine ages for a year in second-use casks and large Slovenian oak barrels. The result of this careful production process is a red that's particularly smooth, balanced and easy to drink.
On the nose it exhibits well-defined aromas of red fruits and violets on a sound, earthy and balsamic background. On the palate it appears expressive, fresh, balanced and with a velvety texture. A rounded composition which becomes even more irresistible in the warm summer months.
