The Caythorpe pinot noir is cold climate pinot noir. Ruby red in colour, it has a big bouquet of red cherries and red fruits. On the palate is has balanced sweet and succulent red cherry and berry flavours accompanied by herbaceousness. It has a refreshing and juicy mouthfeel with generous weight and gentle tannins. Quaffable and moreish!
