This is a superb example of an introductory version of orange wine. The skins of the white grapes are left for 10 days with the juice to extract the aromas in the grape skins. The result is tangerine, waxy orange scented wine, with exotic fruits, florality, notes of ginger root, herbal tea, and dried ginger spiciness. A superb, versatile food wine that is a left-field choice away from the conventional whilst still being delicious!
